The black limousine pulled to a stop in front of the hotel. A man wearing a black suit stepped out. He appeared to be young in his early thirties. “Go park the car” he ordered his driver and walked up the stairs. The security guard pulled the door open for him and he was handed a five hundred-rupee tip.
Walking into the air-conditioned lobby he was spotted by the manager “Ah Mr. Mittal welcome, here are the keys to the suite” Mittal walked through the lobby and rode the elevator up to the top floor. He walked into the suite and fixed himself a drink. And waited…
Ambani walked in shook hands with Mittal and seated himself. “You requested a meeting,” he said
“Yes,” replied Mittal folding his hands “I have a proposition for you”
“Yes?” Ambani
“As we both know you own fifty one percent of the shares in Reliance Industries making you owner of the company as well as Chairman of the Board. I wish to buy those shares.” Mittal said
Ambani leaned back looking amused “You are aware of the fact Reliance Industries is worth one hundred thousand crores?”
“I am” Mittal replied “And I am prepared to buy it from you for one hundred and fifty thousand.”
Ambani choked on his drink “How do you expect to get that kind on money!” he spluttered.
Mittal smiled “I have my ways…so your response?”
Ambani looked stunned “Well I would have consult my advisors than meet with my lawyers and look over the paper work.”

In the Deccan Herald “Infosyis takes over Reliance Industries”
In India Daily “150,000 crore deal between Mittal and Ambani”

Mittal smiled and set the papers down. With the purchase and soon subsequent merging of Reliance Industries and Infosyis he now had a complete monopoly on the IT industry. There was only one company left that could stand in the way of Infosyis being the undisputed leader of the IT industry worldwide. And he would take care of that soon he vowed. But first he had other matters to attend to.

The private helicopter circled overhead the gleaming glass building of the Indian Space Research Organization. It landed on the helipad on top of the building. Mittal stepped out ducking his head below the whirring rotors clutching a black briefcase. The President of ISRO Anil Patudi met him and led him inside. “Welcome Mr. Mittal” he said, “You mentioned on the phone you had something that would be of great interest to me?”

“Yes no doubt a man in your field would have” said Pataudi
‘Well I have a proposition for you” said Mittal opening his briefcase and pushing a packet of papers across the table toward him.

A few minutes later he set it down “Most interesting” he said “I must say certainly has merit”
Mittal smiled “Of course it does. It is a revolutionary idea it will change the way the world functions.”
Pataudi folded his hands in front of him and leaned forward “So let me get this straight you want to join in on Project Bhrmaputra and use it for your own project in return you are willing to give us usage as well as the technology used?
Mittal nodded “Correct it would benefit both of us”
“As you know we are a government organization so I will have to consult with the higher up he said motioning toward a picture of Indhira Gandhi that hung on the wall. “But I think we can safely consider your proposition accepted.”

3. Unless an apology is given in writing by the Russian Federation in the next 3 months (5 days RL) to the United Islamic States about the numerous acts of espionage that the Russian Federation has caused to the detriment and in an attempt to promote instability in the United Islamic States then the 50 Russian currently in Islamic gaols (jails) will be immeditaley executed by firing squad as per decree 2."

Furthermore, the UIS has openly called for a revolt within the Russian Federation:

"The truth is that the 'Russian' republics of Central Asia continue to be the only muslim nations in the world to be ruled by a non-muslim government and that sorrid situation has to come to an end. The truth of the matter is that Russians from the frozen hell that has become Moscow continue under the belief that they can dictate our internal policies and foreign discourse with other nations. Lastly they continue under the delusion that they can demand us to give our weapons of mass destruction which are a major defensive detterent for the United Islamic States while they continue to clearly threaten and use their own."

These two statements, taken directly from the UIS officials, are proof enough that the UIS is a threat to peace and is violating human rights of Russian citizens. We call upon all responsible nations to end the support of this barbaric regime by refusing to trade with the UIS.

As it has been made clear many times, such an outcome is not acceptable, and we had to re-itirate that position, after which the "negotiations" broke down.

Proposed agreement between the United Islamic States and the Russian Federation

The Russian citizens imprisoned under the espionage acts will be allowed a free and fair retrial in the capital of Cairo with Russian legal represenation. The judge in question will be from the International Court of Justice (goober) however it will be dealt with along Islamic Justice system.

If found guilty the Russian citizens will be forced to endure their sentences in Islamic jails and a full apology will be given to the United Islamic States by the Russian Federation for espionage.

If found innocent the citizens will be paid three eco in compensation between them and will be given first class tickets to Tel Aviv where the Russian government will take charge of them.

If the Russian government does not agree to this then we see no way to avoid the war that their government desperatley wants.

Russian Reply

The UIS Judicial System authorizes torture and has used it against Russian citizens. Russian citizens have been tried in closed trials without leagal representation. Thus Russia has some doubts about the humanitarian situation in the UIS leagal system.

Furthermore, the UIS governmetn and people have already found these people guilty, if without evidence. They will, therefore, put undue pressure on the Judge to find the people in question guilty as well, especially if the trial is conducted in the UIS where the government can use police, demonstrations, troops, money and many more things as means to influence the process.

Furthermore, since the governmetn and the people of the UIS are openly biased against Russians it would be at the very least unsafe to make the people serve terms in UIS prisons where they will be attacked and most likely killed my inmates, tortured by guards, and denied any basic rights.

Therefore, the Russian Federation would like to see the people in question tried in Israel by an international Court, and to have these people serve their time in Russia, as, since they are not UIS citizens they are not subject to UIS laws, and can only be extradited to Russia. If found guilty they will serve their full terms in a prison in Moscow where human rights are respected and there is no fear for their safety.

The Chinese Republic agrees with Russia and Japan about the case being held in Cairo as the Judge may be threatened, blackmailed and etc by the population there and believes that the USE would be a better choice for a trial.
