Goober... two questions.
a) Will the E7 free-trade agreements matter at all? For what it's worth most members have signed. I'll make a draft of all free-trade within the E7 and linked to it on the first post.
b) What will it cost for a project to improve all E7 economies by one level?

CU - Japan - Germany - USE - China
These nations of the E7 have all agreed to sign unilateral trade agreements with each other!
(Remember APETO that gave +1 eco. level to all member nations Goober? I never forgot that. )

The CU is willing to accept an equal amount of critically injured soldiers and civilians from the Entente Cordiale or the UIS at Union hospitals across the globe should war break out.

The E7 thing will have no effect unless it is a regular Trade Agreement, in which each nation pays 5 eco, and gets one per turn in return.

I need each E7 member to agree to that project before it happens, Toteone.

Seeing as you are technically still a colony of the United Kingdom, which is a recognized part of the United States of Europe, you are hereby being asked to accept your position as a colony of the USE. If such occurs, an autonomous tributary state can be in order (some of your eco to me each turn). If you should fail to accept, the USE reserves the right to make you to recognize its sovereignty over the Falklands by force.

The Falklanders are free to accept CU's offer as well. In fact they declined it, citing that the USE wasn't enough of a threat and thus there was no need for them to merge with the CU although the economic profit and scientific cooperation would be tempting.
Maybe they'll reconsider now. Unlike the USE the Union does not coerce it's partners into marriage.

Tactical and conventional units have been offered to defend the Falkland Island and are en route should they choose to accept it.

Yes, we too are willing to pay the 5 eco. necessary to make an E7 trade route. The CU is also going to propose a common currency to our mutual benefit.

Proposed Peace Settlement Between the United Islamic States and the Russian Federation​

Territorial Settlements

The territory comprising of the nations, collectively known as the United Islamic States and the Russian Federation will remain the same as before the Central Asian War. No territory will change hands.

Economic Settlements

Russia acknowledges the economic damages it has caused to the United Islamic States in relation to its failed terrorist campaign, especially during UIS elections, and any dimminishing of potential investments. Payment is not to be made, however an offical apology of the Russian government is expected.

Trade will not resume between the United Islamic States and the Russian Federation. Russian citizens will be denied access to the United Islamic States, Russia proven not to be trustworthy in this instance. Russian commercial airlines are not to fly over Islamic airspace.

Military Settlements

Russia and the United Islamic States will obeserve a 50 mile DMZ on BOTH sides of the border.

Russia and the United Islamic States agree to a 15 year Non-Aggression Pact renewable every three years.

Russia and the United Islamic States will give prior notice before entering any nation that borders the other. Both nations take note of any such move could cause the disintegration of this treaty and return to a state of hostilities. eg. UIS troops entering Poland, Russian troops entering the Congo and so on.

Weapons of Mass Destruction

The United Islamic States and the Russian Federation stand committed to the removal of all weapons termed as Weapons of Mass Destruction, the dismantlement of all weapon installations in Space, and a complete ban on the creation of new weapons of mass destruction.

This is a project completed by the Phillipines.

Survival2 (Done!) --- More then a decade ago the Phillipines apparently went through with their promise to help out with project Survival! We all sort of forgot about it but back then it was to support project Space Opera, the exact same purpose as project B. I wonder if their help could be added as to rush and finish project B this round? I'll add in the 8 eco. I banked necessary and more if it's required.
Reason I put this in the thread is because I don't really think it'd have a chance of being added into the update if I PM'ed it right now (you're undoubtedly logged down with like 60 PM's, some of them massive would-be war orders), hope it's ok, thanks.
