Final Report on the Destruction of Planet Earth, aka X76-T567, by the Race called Humans
Written and compiled by the Zworr Scribe 847521 in English, a major Human Language
Preamble: In order to understand this report, one must be familiar with the Human Race, its Cultures, Traditions, History, and Religions, not to mention what they call politics. One must also understand that the Humans were monitored by the Zworr, so we knew what they were doing, most of the time, but we never actually paid much attention, simply because the 210LY War with the Toreans entered a critical phase, namely them taking several of our Space Pods. We knew they were fighting severely among themselves, and it involved antimatter, but we were unable to send the resources to contact them, stop the wars, and perhaps salvage the planet with its resources. The actions listed here led to the end of the Planet Earth, and nearly of the Human Race. We have rescued a total of 25 Humans, some from their primitive Space Ships, some from their Space Stations, and their Moon Base. most are what they dub astronauts, or Humans whom call themselves experts in space, but some claim to be tourists on the Moon. 20 of these Humans remain alive, 5 died while we were getting the necessary oxygen levels for them adjusted. There are 3 Females, and the rest Males, so we are hoping to breed them, and keep the race alive to learn from them. Of the 25, 5 say they are from the USA, 7 from Russia, 3 claim to be tourists from the USE, 6 are USE Astronauts, 2 are Chinese, and the other 2 are from the CU. The 5 that died in our care were 2 Russian, 1 USE Tourist, and 1 CU.
1 The Destruction of the Planet Earth started with ongoing hostilities between Russia, and their Fascist Leader, Uncle Lebed, known by Russians simply as The General, and revered by most Russians only, it seems, as the greatest Russian Hero who ever lived. He seems to have been reviled around the world. In fact, we have had to separated the Russians from the other Humans because they were causing too many disturbances. The situation on Earth seemed similar. Russia was the most powerful nation, in terms of Army size, not monetary, but faced an alliance, informal, but an alliance regardless of the USA, USE, Germany, India, and China, at the very end. Russia had bitterly fought with the Muslims to their south, and were engaged in Indonesia, which we thought might escalate into war, but barely did not. Germany, the USA, USE, India, and China were all powerful nations building up their forces, we suspect to invade Russia eventually, and eliminate Lebed.
2 The Humans are a very volatile lot, and had come up with some gruesome weapons. They had Nuclear Devices, in the tens of thousands before, in fact, these almost caused the destruction of the earth in EY1962, during World War III, but the Earth survived. They had Biological and Chemical Agents stockpiled high to the sky, of which, the Russians most memorably almost eliminated the Humans living in Australia using these weapons, and the USE and Muslims used them in great Number in Northern Africa, but they did not actually disturb the Earth, and her Resources. Their most powerful and dangerous weapons was antimatter, and the Russians were the best at making it. They had a fairly substantial factory in their former nation, and we know it was this factory which destroyed the Earth, but more on that later. This weapon was like a Nuclear Bomb, but much more powerful. The Russians had a lot of it, and other nations, namely the USA, USE, and Germany, were beginning to develop it. We know of this technology, of course, and use it to power most of what we do, but we would never dream of using it as a weapon. In the Antimatter Treaty signed so long ago, none of the Advanced Races, which Humans were not quite yet, could use it for anything but peaceful power production. The Humans used this to their unfortunate demise.
3 The name of this great, terrible final Civil War (OOC Well, if you consider Humans a Race, like one big country, then it was the ultimate Civil War . . . ) is disputed. The Humans called it World War V, except for the Russians, that is. We shall call it WWV for simplicity. It started with Russia. In fact, the destruction of this planet can directly be blamed on the Russian leader, General Lebed. It was his idea to destroy his enemies before they tried to destroy him that led to the end of the World.
4 The first action was taken by Lebed and the Russians against the USE and Germany, both being enemies of Russia, the latter traditionally so. The Russians planted Antimatter Bombs by all the major USE and German Military bases, then detonated them, effectively utterly destroying their Armies. Then Lebed and the 6 Million Plus Russian Army began what Lebed called the Liberation of Europe. The truth be told, they did not get very far. They managed to Liberate Southern Germany fairly easily, but then ran into trouble in Germany Proper. They encountered fierce resistance, and got bogged down in house to house fighting.
5 What Lebed failed to consider was China. China had been an historic ally to Russia, being a powerful nation, with their 1.3 Billion Humans coming out of Humanic Poverty into relative prosperity. China had the most powerful economy, and an Army that was growing. But China was politically left-wing, and Russia radically swung right all the way right from when they entered out of Communism. China had been growing wary of Lebed, and its Senate secretly agreed to declare war upon Russia if they invaded Europe. Well, Lebed invaded Europe, and China announced War upon Russia, along with Korea, India, the USA, USE, Germany, almost all Muslim states, and, well, mostly every nation on the planet. They began a massive invasion of Russia, but it was not well-coordinated. We will never truly know what happened. We know that it was messy. Thousands of Missiles flew around the planet, destroying great cities. Massive amounts of men were armed, and the primitive Tanks, and planes. It was messy, and Russia was losing.
6 Then it occurred. Nobody truly knows what happened, not even us, but something bad happened to the large Russian Antimatter Factory. It might have been that one of the nations attacking Russia bombed it. Maybe it was an accident. Maybe terrorists blew it up. Whatever happened, it exploded. Like a massive bomb, it ripped the planet apart. Earth blew into several large chunks, and split apart, some parts going into the Sun, some hitting other planets. The Earth fragmented, its 6 billion Humans died, and we acted too late.
7 After this, of course, we got some Ships over to rescue those that we could, and we had some luck finding the Human's primitive ships and Space Stations, and the like. But the Humans ultimately destroyed themselves. We did not. We have learned that the survival of a Race like the Humans, even in their primitive state, is well worth the resources we might need to expend to keep them alive. Perhaps, if we can successfully re-breed the Humans, and find a suitable planet for them, they might eventually recover. But that is for a different report.

I didn't want to close it down, I really enjoyed Modding, but, well, you guys know the reason. I am honestly surprised that this NES lasted for this long. I mean, it was my first NES, and first NESes usually don't last this long. I do have plans for a second, and I have mentioned this to a few, so, if I get time in the future, I will start another NES. If you want to take my ideas for your own NES, please do, no Copyrights/Patents here (trust me, I am taking Business law, I know more then I want to about Copyrights and Patents). Sorry blackheart, the Aliens felt that the Chinese, indians, Germans, USE, and USA, all superpowers, or very close to it, were much more important to mention in the coalition that attacked Russia. Japanese forces played a role, but you didn't have a significant Land Army, you have a good navy, that sunk ships, but that was all. The Zworr were most concerned with the biggest nations.
Also, some nation's who had people in space, well, theirs didn't survive. This might have been from a piece of the Earth hitting their Shuttle/Station/whatever, or the Zworr simply rescued others faster. 'tis life, unfortunately.
Anybody have a good link to somebody who did Awards? I want to do them, but I am not sure how they are normally done.
