'Peoples of Africa, now you see that the white man seeks to oppress us all! South Africa's invasion and oppression of the black people in our lands is the final straw.
To all Africa nations who were unsure about our policies and were still unconvinced that the white European people were an opressive race, I give you the proof that they have not changed and can never change! South Africa forces it's black people to work in labour camps while the white people live in splendour. South Africa will force us all under a new wave of oppression. Is it not time we cast off this oppression and finally stood up for the rights of our peoples?
The United Nations will not help us, it seeks to placate South Africa, it shall never take the proper action to defend our people. We have the strength and the power to unite now and end this threat, to force South Africa to abandon her impreliastic ambitions and finally free our peoples of corruption. We can no longer fight and squabble amongst ourselves, we must unite, we must resist!
If we are to defeat the powers of oppression we must work with each other, we can not look to the rest of the world to help us, only the people of Africa can defeat this new wave of oppression. Let us combine our forces and finally put an end to the white man's dominance in Africa!

Ha! Cold-hearted rebels? HAHAH! You amuse me. Tell me, how have I abused the Burmese people? Unless I am missing something, the only people we have killed are members of the Burmese military. The former government of Burma was a corrupt one, imposing ridiculous taxes on its people, especially the rural population, and refusing to give jobs to uneducated people. Not only this, but there are several accounts of brutality against Burmese Khmers.
I cannot believe I must state my goal again, but here it goes. The NKE's goal is to reunite Southeast Asia under the once glorious banner of the Khmer Empire. If this is achieved, we would let ethnic minorities such as native Burmese and Laotians practice their traditional lifestyles, quite unlike the former Burmese regime, which banned the Khmer language and ways from its mainstream society.
Though I cannot follow your judgement, if you will not join us voluntarily then I will not annex your countries by force. I just hope you someday see the error of your ways.

I am not telling you to start a rebellion, I am simply asking that you try and convince the stubborn asses that hold power in your country to reconsider their isolationism and join our Empire. If you join us, we will immediately start a project to renovate Angkor.
