Brazil cannot have proof that CER is behind insurgencies in Brazil since CER, and to my knowledge all other CC nations, have not had an active mission in Brazil for at least a year if not more. There are spies in Brazil, however they are simply gathering information and as per our agreement no move has been made to destabalize or hurt the Brazilian government in any way.

To the UIA:

America threatened to destroy the world multiple times if invaded, we saw what happened there. You are no match for how strong America was before the invasion, so I suggest you think and reconsider your words. But since you have prmised to destroy the world, you are a threat to the world, and until Russia has assurances that that threat has been removed we will be doing all we can to get rid of it.

Our intelligence points to the fact that agents involved in unrest in Brazil last year are of CER origin. We have solid evidence including those captured spies. However in the view of recent events it is our view that we should agree to at least coordinate our efforts in Americas. Brazil is continuosly worried about the civil war in Columbia and would like to talk to CER about many areas. Assuming of course that both parties want peace. As far as we know this is true.
