I notice oftenly when I type on my laptop my wrists twist into weird positions to reach the keyboard keys which I dont think is good. I dont use my laptop on a desk, its on a lap-desk thing when I use it in bed usually when my knees are too cruddy to get out. Whats a good way to replace the bad habits with good ones?
