PDC - Did not think I will get to play this game untill this week end
The Plan:
RCP3 towns around the palace. Establish a Culture city in the first City. Hand build (if needed) a Forbidden Palace in the culture city. Claim the Starting Continent but keep the all the civs alive. Palace jump to a better location. Delay Golden Age until Middle age.
Execution:
Settled to east and built war, war and a granary. Established 4 turner and maintained so far.
We researched Pottery, Alphabet and Math. Traded for Pottery (5 turns to go), CB, WC, IW, The Wheel, Myst. Next Researched Poly and Monarchy. Traded Poly for HBR and MM.
After establishing a Monarchy after a five turn Anarchy, we declared on Abu. By the time we sued for peace and got Construction and Philosophy, Abu was down to two cities. We just declared on Cleo and will have our new palace site ready in no time.
Pasargarde built Colossus, Hanging Garden and Forbidden Palace. We though Abu would build Pyramids but Aztecs(?) beat him to it.
We had no luck with Great Leaders and Suicide Ships.

Side Note: Immortals are scary.
