The submission page for GOTM/COTM entries will now email you a copy of the confirmation page that you see after you have successfully uploaded your saved game. It will be sent to the email address you supply, so please ensure that this is correct if you want to receive a permanent record of your submission details.

Fantastic!

Nice one AlanH :goodjob:. I guess I'd better do my part now and complete the game and submit it. If only there weren't so many football matches on at the moment .

I'm sure you'll let me know if it doesn't work for you ;)

Football? You mean that game where France scores two goals in extra time so that our supporters can trash Portugal :( Or the other game, where New Zealand thrashes us so badly that I'm still holding my breath for Ainwood's cutting remarks

( :smug: )

You know it would be really nice to have a moderator or two pop in to keep threads on topic. Oh wait a minute!

By the way, I knew I should have waited to submit Cotm01. This will be nice for future submissions though. :goodjob:

Great Work, AlanH!!

(... and in the spirit of this thread ...)

Go Lakers!! ... er, ummm, ... oops

(Thank goodness I'm not a REAL basketball fan!)

Your submision was received before I upgraded the software. I posted this thread only minutes after I added the email feature.

Cool

As for the footy - have TV and PC in the same room?

Neil.

Welcome to CFC and GOTM eldar. That TV+PC in same room idea would be a good if I could do 2 things at once. I'm told that men can't do 2 things at once and that women can, though thinking about it I've only been told that by women :mischief:.

He means soccer. But believe me, you can play today. Because England looses again the second match. And it's better you don't watch it. :D

I wouldn't be at all surprised ;) And I shall not watch it. She who must be obeyed has a birthday today. I certainly can't do two things at once ... maybe not even one. So I shall be escorting milady to dinner while England makes a fool of itself again. On the other hand, p'raps we'll thrash Switzerland 3-0 :D

Moderator Action: AlanH: Please keep this thread on track

How did he know? Alan would you mind giving us tips for the other matches?
Maybe we could start a Euro2004 thread, so that we don't get anymore moderator actions.

Just to keep it on track, I'll let you know if the submission process email works tonight, as I'm planning to finish GOTM32.
