The curry buy kicks off WLTSD all over the Empire :cool: and the Palace gets a dome.

WLSTD continues to grow and the Palace gets another wing even :cool: er

Indians are massing troops at our borders north and south. Two turns before a deal expires....

Turn off reseach when MilTrad comes in.

840AD
Indian troops cross the border in the south and a War Elephant appears out of the jungle north.

Shift some troops around and upgrade the first Sipahi.

India sneak attacks with the WE at Bursa.

850AD
Moving on Chittagong and Calcutta.

Indians attack our cannon in the mountains at Chittagong, kill the defending muskets and destroy the tubes.

860AD
Sipahi counterattack at Bursa and the GA begins.

Attack Chittagong and wipe the defenders down to a single spear which retreats a Sipahi.

Sipahi converge on the south east and remove most of the Indian invasion force.

870AD
In a fit of pique because uber pike at Calcutta destroys the sword army after bombardment sack and burn. Start a settler out of Yakutsk to resettle.

880AD
Picking off invading Indians. Sell a world map to the Celts for 100g then use the cash to rush muskets.

890AD
Picking off Indians and setting up to take Chittagong.

Germans destroy the Aztecs. And the Turkish people build another wing on the palace.

900AD
Carthage builds a village in the Northwest near the ruins of Calcutta, beating our settler by one step. I am tempted to pull the plug on war with Carthage, but restrain the impulse.

Take Chittagong.

Look like our invasion of India is going to go counter-clockwise. Their sneak attack didn’t exactly catch us flat-footed but we were a little short of the proper offense. Had to spend a certain amount of time and energy picking off the Indian invaders, which got a whole lot easier as soon as the Sipahi started coming in.

So Ghandi did it again? I don't know how many games I played and he did the sneaky move. :) Well, Bede sorted it out and we almost have our own continent.

Yeah, only rushed a musket when short cash for Sipahi. Them babies are costly.

In taking Bengal, we get Suleyman. A Sipahi army makes this war over before it started.

We also take Hyderabad. We capture many slaves, take away their curry and repalce it with :smoke: and send them on their merrry way.

Bangalore falls.

T4 940

Karachi falls easily. More :smoke: is handed out.

T5 950

Lahore falls.

T6 960

In taking Delhi, we get Selim from an elite knight. Another Sipahi army may be overkill, but I don't care. The power is irresistable :evil:

The Indian capitol jumps to Bombay, which we then capture.

T7 970

Madras is taken. India has two cities left on the island.

T8 980

Jaipur is ours. One city left.

T10 1000

I think Sipahi might be a bit overpowered....

Well, we have our own continent now. Even with our ******** workers we have this one in the bag.

Pre-flight – 1000 AD – Change several builds to caravels and rush them. Our armies have three units in them. They won’t be transportable until galleons. Carthage is the next logical target. Especially since we don’t have any deals with them.

I buy Physics from Bismark for 952G, furs & incense. Bismark is just magnetism from the IA. That’s OK.

1. 1010 AD – Upgrade an elite* knight.

IBT – Germans build Smith’s.

2. 1020 AD – Hurry two more caravels.
3. 1030 AD – Declare war on Carthage. Capture Nora at the loss of an elite* sword.

IBT – We lose a caravel, a musket and a Sip. Kill several MDI, two horses, and sink three galleys.

4. 1040 AD - @ Rusicade – Kill the defenders and capture the city. Kill several troublemakers just outside the city.

IBT – 23 Carthaginians move next to Rusicade.

5. 1050 AD – Kill four invaders. We’ll have 15 defenders and there will be eight level 4 attackers.
I steal magnetism from the Germans. Hurry two galleons to get the armies across.

IBT - Rusicade holds. We lost five units. Germans build Bach’s.

6. 1060 AD – Kill several invaders. Get an army across.

IBT – Kill several attackers without losing a single unit. GA ends.

7. 1070 AD – Killing invaders we get a leader. Form a army, load it with Sips. Keep killing invaders.

IBT – Nora flips. We lose a musket.

8. 1080 AD – Nora is autorazed. Change St Pete to a settler and hurry it.
@ Leptis Magna – Lose one sip. Capture the city. Hurry Rusicade’s library

9. 1090 AD - @ Hippo – Generate another leader. Load it with Sips and capture the city.
@ Theveste – We lose a Sip army. 12 straight to a redlined musket. :mad:
Ferry some workers over to Rusicade and set them loose.

IBT – A Carthaginian MDI is dropped off in India.

10. 1100 AD – Kill the invader.
@ Carthage – Kill the defenders and capture the city.
@Theveste – Get another leader. Capture the City. The Leader creates a Sip army.

After Action – We should be able to wrap up the Carthaginian island within the next two or three turns. Wait to load the fourth unit into the armies until we get them over to the last continent. We probably want to take the Celts next. We’re at 39% of the world.

You can safely steal another tech next turn.
