Grand Master Chapel Broken by Update?

Okay, I'm prone to brain farts like anybody. Should I not have a menu of units to buy even if I can't afford them? Loaded this game from yesterday, where I was indeed buying units.

So, I'm leaning towards this becoming a bug report for the Ethiopia New Frontier Pass.

Just reloaded the game from previous turns. The GMC doesn't work as built, but reloading from 1 turn before the GMC was built makes the difference. Units can be purchased after completion. So, it was likely the update.

Stuff like this makes me regret buying the NFP

Actually its happening on the normal game as well. I haven't bought the NFP and its happened to me.

Just for clarification - this is part of a bigger bug, which also prevents faith purchases for Valetta and the Monumentality choice:

Thank you for the report! This issue occurs only in saves and in-progress games from before the update. New games will not have this issue. The bug report in the link above contains information on a Legacy branch to continue your in-progress games.
