[Graphic Mod] Varietas Delectat v9.2 [civ specific unit sets]

Ok, I managed to correct the issues for the Japanese. Please report if you experience similar issues with other civs (check especially armor made by KrugerPritz - the problem is that the nif names usually don't match the ones referenced in kfms)

Patch A uploaded here, please overwrite the files (whether you are using VD or MEE):

For some reason, i just cant get your Modern Era Expansion for Varietas Delectat v5.2 to work, i get everything all the way down to the UnitArtStyles&CivInfos and UnitInfo but as soon as i put them two in, it crashes to desktop??

Try installing with the new installer (v5.3). It has MEE included, so you can just select it!
 
How about a VD-Full installer which includes VD + MEE + all custom civs (Hungary, Polynesia, Cuba and Native Americans - you can leave out the latter two if you want to since these are not made by you) ?

What installer is that btw ?

Oh, and one final question, since you now seem to be back in full swing, will you work on Quot Capita again ?
 
I have just merged VD 5.2 with my own mods, and suddenly there is a VD 5.3... Do I read the changelog correctly, that there are no new units? So, if I have VD 5.2 and this japanese armor fix, I don't need to install 5.3?

Is it possible, that you upload an installer and an no-installer version, when you upload your next version? I think, it is much easier to merge it with other mods without an installer.

Thx for making the extra scripts, i finally got one to work, its was your SINGLE script, worked great, i could not figure out the other ones, and again thx.:p
 
I am playing a game with the Hungarian Empire, and noticed what may be a problem with the ships. After having frigates and Ship of the Line ships, I never got the ability to upgrade or build the Pre-Dreadnaught, and the ship that preceeds the normal Cruiser (don't remember the name), I had to wait untill Dreadnaught and regular Cruiser were available. Is it supposed to be that way?
 
Is there anyway, again, you can re-name the DREADNOUGHT to NAVAL_DREADNOUGHT, it really interferes with the Next War DREADNOUGHT.

I had to go thru everything you had and re-name it, PHEW! :p LOL

More of a pain than a biggy.

Yeah, I'm thinking about that one, but for now I like it this way. But might do so in the future.

Ummm, I'd like to keep it as a single download, if possible... But don't worry, the installer version is also good for merging! (just install the core and it's like decompressing)

I will check this issue!
edit: I checked it and it seems that at least I could build them. Are you sure that it's not because of things that you didn't have the required resources at the time, or just choose a different tech. path (I'm not sure if this is possible...)?

That is a possibility, I now have past that era and have Battleships and Cruisers now, have found no other problems.

Did you play with other nations, too? Did you experience anything similar?
 
Ok, it seems I messed up the icon (thanks for reporting, NikNaks!), so I hope I corrected it and corrected the download.
But of course I don't want you to download 190Mb again for an icon, so I'll post it here, too:
