Based on my models in the editor, Groton is poised to become our most productive city. Right now, it's at 70spt, and can build a factory, and coal plant (or hospital, then coal plant).

If we want to build Hoover's in Groton, then it doesn't need a coal plant. Since it has a river in it's border, it can build a nuke plant. Here's what the city will look like with all improvements (which never happens in a normal game, since games are *usually* won by now...)

Code:
Size 12 - After Factory and Coal/Hyrdo	105spt
Size 20	- After Factory and Coal/Hydro	133-140spt
Size 20 - w/Nuke Plant 155-160spt
Size 20 - w/Nuke & Mfg. Plant 177-185spt

This means that we can make it (soon) produce a tank every turn! (once we get that tech)

It could top 100spt in 8 turns, BTW.

I am proud to say is that I am pleased to be the Mayor of a highly productive city. Though I hope in the future we will implamet Pollution Control measures since cities with high output would be prone to produce pollution.

So, what does everyone think of building a coal plant, then military academy after Hoover's is done?

I would not build a coal plant because Hoover already gives us a hydro plant: same effect as coal plant, but without pollution.

But building the Military Academy and armies afterwards is the optimum solution for such a powerhouse city.

I'm just used to building a coal plant, then hoover's, then selling it. Just a mix up. :p
