Well, its in Romania.

Well, the big orange building is in a typical Brancovenesc style, so not hard to tell for me that it's somewhere in Romania. But it could be in Moldova, Ukraine, Hungary or other Romanian territories not currently in the country, so I wasn't sure.

And that river could only be Danube, Olt or Mures, so I went with the biggest (Danube). So let's guess again: Giurgiu?
