I just watched something on the bombing the other day. the 16th st n just made everything click.

That is correct. I did a google search of "16th St N" and St. Petersburg, Florida, was the most hit result, so I didn't think I need to blur it out from the road sign.

As it is not the best clue in the world, the followup is because I live in Toronto, this past week gives the fence added significance.
