Doesn't look right for floods. Too much of Appalachia, weird patches of coast, not along rivers.

I'd guess something with farming, and so I'll guess drought.

Lucky me... I have no idea why I guessed drought. I can't see any rational for my guess looking back. I think I read oxfam as oxfarm and went with farms.

Not sure if this map will be easy... so I'll restrain from giving a hint to open. I did my best to include dependant lands(like of the UK and France) when I could.

I guess i was easy then! I was hoping Ecuador would throw people off, but yes, places with penguins.

I'd considered using a different colour for those countries just for that reasoning, but it's my understanding that penguins don't nest nor breed nor hunt off Brazil or Uruguay. Rather, penguins that end up there are lost, blown about by a storm, transient. There's no stable population, as far as I could find. Thus you can't really consider them native species.

Ecuador made sense to me, since I know there are penguins in the Galapagos. Peru is actually what threw me off a bit.
