Guess the Map II: witty sequel titles failed me

French Guiana should really be part of France for what this map is, just forgot about it.

Incorrect

in red are countries where the head of state is elected on universal suffrage?

in europe grey countries are mostly kingdoms (like Morocco, lesotho, swaziland, thailand,...)
USA president is not elected on universal suffrage, as are bolivian and mexican...
What bother me is Burkina Faso, Russia, Mongolia...and north Korea

I'm almost sure it has to be linked with politics

You are sort of on the right path here, though still a bit off.

Malaria?

Tuberculosis?

Can't be TB, Australia should be nil. Malaria seems unlikely, it isn't in Australia or New Zealand at all. Papua should also be darker in both cases, it has a higher incidence of TB and Malaria than Indonesia. It could be syphilis, but I'm not sure if Indonesia would be that high, relative to Laos, Cambodia and Papua. It could be an STD, but Indonesia isn't notable for having them; Thailand scores higher in most, if not all, from memory. There's nothing coming to mind. :dunno:
