Countries adopting alphabetical names, or gender-based lists? Maybe countries impacted by male / female named storms?

It was nations who've been hit by a tropical cyclone who's name was subsequently retired.
The reason the Indian Ocean countries aren't on there is because they use a new list of names every year, so they don't need to retire the names of particularly bad storms. Unlike the other oceans who recycle the names list every 5 or 6 years.
