I have no interest to play at least half of the Civs, hence I would not ever attempt to "complete" all of them.

And I agree that Domination/Religious victories are just not worth the hassle.

Does anyone know if the Hall of Fame is tied to your computer or your Steam account?

I'd been slowly starting to work my way through some of my more enjoyed leaders before the September patch and been dipping my toe into some less used ones. When my computer didn't initially like the patch I uninstalled/reinstalled and then followed that up with an ultimately futile total factory reset (it was time anyway). Now, with the legacy patch installed I'm back in and ready to go, but figured I'd check my Hall of Fame and it's empty

Is there a way to recover it? Or do I have to do those leaders and victory conditions again?

I'm pretty sure it's associated with your computer. Definitely recommended to save your games the turn before victory.

Grats, finished mine a few weeks ago. I can actually go back to playing GS leaders again.

Though I had an awful game as Kristina on the Ynamp Europe map (not the Firaxis one). That's one tough map. Had no hope of cultural victory, had to go for science victory. Kristina was just awful on that map (though most of my struggles were because Macedon and Rome were so strong on that map). My Inca and Maori games were much better.
