Heck of a bump on this thread, I know. I found it on page 22.

I bumped it because of this post. Thank you, Tonberry. I truly appreciate the wish for my wife. Unfortunately, I have to tell you that she passed away on June 18. I'm doing pretty well, all things considered. Better than I thought I'd be. Probably because her passing was no surprise. She became gravely ill and needed surgery to have any chance to survive. The surgery was risky because of her weakened condition. They did not expect her to survive the procedure, though she did. She just never woke up after the surgery. She lingered for a week before finally passing away.

I've been readjusting to the changed nature of my life and somehow CFC found it's way back into it. I won't be a regular poster here, nor will I participate in political debates when I do post. I don't care for that anymore. But don't worry, I will drop in from time to time to see how things are going.

I've had some issues that kept me away from here. They no longer seem important. Life is too short to get bent out of shape over little things.

Don't ever forget that.
