Any exciting plans, things you want to do or learn this summer?

Oh, and happy winter South Hemispherians! :snowcool:

I wanna relax this summer and do some reading ... and maybe learn latin and/or italian (properly, not just basicaly :D) ... and of course going to the beach almost every day :) ; i love living near the sea. :D

It's been a nasty school year, so i really need some time off. And school is not over yet :(, i still have one exam on friday (which i have a 50% chance of passing) and then from the 1st of july (or smthing like that) till the 16th we still have to go to the uni for some computer crap.

S'not happy here. :( (Although I am going on a ski trip in august :snowlaugh: ) It's been bitterly cold and very rainy.

This years winter has been much colder than the last few years, and the weather has sucked a lot more as well.

What in the whaaaa, an Australian complaining about the weather, well I never, must be global warming or something;) It's a known fact that Australia is impervious to bad weather. Another absolute truth gone the way of the dinosaur. Bad luck.

Summers been pretty good so far, lots of sunshine in the last month, little bit of rain but for ENglish summer pretty good really. I love summer me.

I have a full-time job for the summer, I would consider a major head start on my part becuase Im only 15 and making 8.50 an hour. The work is mad bad but the pay is insane and becuase Im 15 and makingunder 4000 a month its not tax-deductable. It pays for my expensive tastes, you know, Guitar stuff, Paintball stuff and cloths. My summers gonna be awesome.

Plan to spend five days a week on the beach

It is a reasonably cold winter; got to -8 not far away last weekend. But is easily managed.

Don't you have weather machines in Uluru to make sure Oz stays in frozen and chilly fear?

:)

There are a few at Ayer's Rock, yes, but I am having them recalibrated for power drive.

I'm going on a gambling, drinking and sex spree in my hometown for a week or two. What could be more exciting than that?

Edit: and happy summer to all of you!

Lots of lazing. I shall catch up on my reading and drawing and all those boring things I should be doing. And earning some money.

Then go down to London and have great times with my former flatmate who lives there :D

 how can it be bitterly cold AND rainy?

oh, and my summer will consist of work :ack: no vacation for me this summer, but at least I'll have summer next winter :crazyeye: with my 3-month vacation Down Under

This is a little late...I'm almost halfway through my summer :(

I just got back from Minnesota...and I'll be going to Turkey/Greece in September.

This summer I'll be going to Spirit Song, an amazing three day concert at Kings Island (concert tickets include tickets to Kings Island... yay roller coasters!).

I don't have anything exciting, except going back home for my sister's wedding in August. But even that is not so nice as I am extremely allergic to the house I grew up in, so I will be dripping snot at the ceremony. Meanwhile I will be searching for work and watching TV and posting here, which describes my life in total at the moment.
