Has anyone played the ATARI ST version of Civ I?

Hello Good People,

I have tried but I can't seem to find much on this version. I am starting to wonder about its existence...someone please help me here. I'd like to see a link, a cover art, game disk, or photograph or even a compusa price tag. Something that is evidence this game was real and was released for Atari ST.

It would also help the Civilization Series Archives for which I will credit you as the finder.

Again, kudos to all who help or even consider helping...I realize that off-line life does get in the way, but do try for me if you can.

I'm really just looking for information--and part of my problem is that I can't find even an advertisement.

Often the box has a different picture in ported releases or there is some change. I appreciate the effort and ideas you offer.

You don't mean Atari, the game console that hooks into your television, do you?

I don't know anything about it, but I'd be surprised if you meant an Atari cartridge.

I did a couple quick searches and found a wikipedia entry under the Atari ST that lists Civilization as an available game for the system. Under the Civ page link, it also lists the Atari ST as a valid platform.

I also found this expired ebay listing. The cover art appears to be the same as the regular Civ packaging:

I've seen the wiki, buy actually got more info about sys requirements from Mobygames. It does make me feel better about

If anyone has screenshots (not amiga, mac or dos screenshots) for the Atari ST that would be great. They should all generally look the same but sometimes the colors and resolutions vary a bit.
