[BNW] Having trouble downloading what's necessary to mod Civ 5

A few months ago, I started to play Civ 5 and I also decided to see how modding worked. But for some reason, when I tried to install the SDK and start up ModBuddy, it asked me to install the Visual Studio 2010 Isolated Shell Redistributable. I clicked yes, and I get sent to a page where it said that it wasn't available for downloading anymore. Is there another way to get ModBuddy to work to create mods?
