HELP ME can't make ac

Every time i try to create an online acount it says "the login attempt has failed" i can't find help from this anywhere. I have the d2d version, does it have multiplayer? I spent $50 on it and if d2d doesn't support multiplyer i'll
D2D.

Please help. PLEASE!!! I;ve had this game since it came out. I couldn't get any tech support. My e-mail address i signed up for for d2d is too long to fit in the window so i cant use my d2d account, if that's the problem
