Help! My UI mods get disabled when loading a save

Hello Civ Modding community...
I have been playing Civ games with the same 70ish mods enabled for the last 1-2 months with no issues. About 1 week ago, when loading a saved game, all of the UI mods I use were no longer enabled. When scrolling through the list of mods on the saved game, the UI mods were not there. However, I know that I started the game with them enabled. I tested the glitch by quitting back to the main menu, confirming the mods were enabled, starting a new game, saving, quitting, reloading and the UI mods were all missing yet again. These UI mods include:

Sukitract's UI
More Lenses
Combat & Gossip Log
Simplified Gossip
Improved Combat Reports
Map Tacks
CIVVIGraphs
Free Rotation

I may have missed some but this issue seems to be confined to UI mods only. Two UI mods that are still working on loaded saves- KinetiCam & Unit Flag Abilities

As I said before I am running a bunch of other mods, too many to list here. But given that I haven't changed any mod subscriptions and the issue just started happening randomly, I'm guessing a modder updated something I am subscribed to that is fudging it up..but I have no way of knowing

I was hoping anyone could help out with this?????? Any suggestions and help would be appreciated as this ia quite annoying!

Are you sure they are not working in-game? Load your save and see. Most UI mods, the modder de-selects "affects saved games." That means you can turn it on and off without it affecting the ability to load your save. The side-effect is that it doesn't show up in the list of active mods, but it is still working.

The mods are definitely not working in-game, that's how I discovered the issue, I knew immediately when I loaded a save the first time it happened. I only checked the list of active mods as confirmation.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Civ, and it still did not work. When I am in the pause menu i see the mods enabled, then when I go to save, the list of enabled mods on the left does not include any of the aforementioned UI mods...I am at a loss of what to do.
