I have recently been having significant probelems with one of my anti-virus, etc software (McAfee). This is all after I installed some data transfer programs that came with my Sony Ericsson w300i phone.
I have looked at my registry for things that run automatically, and I have scanned my registry with Ad-Aware SE Personal. I have SpywareBlaster running in background. How do I get a typed list of all the processes running on my system? I have eliminated a bunch of them as microsoft or important programs but I would appreciate any feedback on the other processes.
Also, I now have two programs running automatically and I have no idea what they are or where they came from. They are in:
D:\Program Files\Common Files\Teleca Shared
Has anyone heard anything about this company/program? Is it malware?
Any and all help is much appreciated!
Edit: I forgot to mention what the exact problem with McAfee is. Very simply, it just wont start and it keeps popping up warning messages that I no longer have McAfee Virus Scan installed (the most important part of the software).
