Mate, please take what I am about to say as friendly advise rather than anything else. I would really recommend that you play in a few IOTs before you try and host your own. A new person hosting an IOT is not going to get many players unless their rule set is reall something. Also honestly your rule set is unfunly simple and nobody will want to put any effort into this IOT because the rule set is pretty terrible. Again, please don't take this as anything but constructive criticism, we are always happy to have new players that show this much enthusiasm. I'm just warning you so you don't get burned by a bad experience.

But, basically what Ninja said; with the number of games that are currently starting, and with how simple this game is, it's unlikely to get very much activity. I do suggest playing in a few games, such as the upcoming Children of Earth, A New Age, Valiant Nations, etc
