Help whit events

Hello.
I am a newbi in scenario making and i am
working on a scenario abut a fictional war betwen
U.S.A and Russia.
This is nothing big like The Second Front.
(the war is on an medium island)

So to the problem.

Thear is not going to be any negosiations in the scenario.
So how can i stop this.

To forbid ALL negotiations include the following event in your events.txt:

@IF
NEGOTIATION
talker=ANYBODY
talkertype=HumanOrComputer
listener=ANYBODY
listenertype=HumanOrComputer
@THEN
@ENDIF



Make sure that all sides that should fight against eachother are already at war when your scn starts, because with the event above, noone can cancel a peace treaty (because negotiations do not happen)...
