What do a GC do nowdays in RIFE ?

my question is especially :
what is exactly meant by "leading 3units"

-what boni for the units ?
-do the units need s to stick with the commander to get the boni ?
etc..

I couldn't find the info anywhere on the forum..

No info over here because it was done by the FF team.

Basically, Commanders are able to lead units. Several promotions the commander can take grants a new promotion to those he leads, enhancing his troops. In return, the Commander gets xp when his troops win a combat.

To add a unit to a commander, they must be in the same stack. The unit can then cast 'Add to Commander'. In general, the unit must also be in the same stack in order to receive promotions from his commander.
