I am sorry if someone posted this, I cant find a search option.
Anyway. I got the game and it runs pretty well on my POS computer but I want to tweak it. Problem is I dont know what the options in the graphics section change. The manual claims a tooltip will tell you what it is but there is no tooltip, and the descriptions are vague. Also, what are some good tweaks in the INI? How do you turn off diplomat head movement?
