Help with internet

My friend and I like to play Age of Empires 2 sometimes (Age of Kings or Conquerors) but my brother plays World of Warcraft so we lagg.

He claims to have increased WoW's priority from something he found online.

1. If so, can I decrease it and increase aoe2? I've looked at the router thing (192.168.0.1) but nothing.

2. Can I kick him off via that website?

3. Anything else I can do?

bottel neck in this case seems to be your speed of your internet connection, how fast is it?

Your router should have some options to restrict access.

You should be able to set up a policy specifically for is PC (based on either IP address or MAC address). You can then block specific ports, if you know the ports WoW uses, block websites, block internet access entirely.....

Though your connection should really be adequate.... I've been at people's houses with 3 comps playing AOE3, BF2 or etc over a 3mbps cable connection... no problems.

@dragokatzov, I have Verizon dsl with what tested to be 3 mps or mbps or whatever.

@Speedo, I think I blocked a WoW port but I'm not sure if it worked yet. And I think I might be able to block his ip now that I think about it, but am not entirely sure.
