help with patching mods which change the tech tree

hello, i am trying to make uncivilized, enlightenment and the future worlds mods work together but i'm not sure how to do so, would anyone be able to help?
i have an old patch someone else made for prehistoric era, enlightenment and future worlds but the mod author hasn't been online since 2018

I've made a rudimentary conversion for what you're looking for called MoreTech. Includes Prehistoric Era, Enlightenment, and Future Worlds, as well as quite a bit of original content. Development has largely stalled however due to my schedule. If you'd like to collaborate, I could setup a Github. Let me know.
