Can Some One Please Tell Me If Its Possible For Me To Download All The New Units I Got From This Site Onto Civilization 4 And If So How?

Okay, first of all, welcome to CFC.
Secondly, this is the wrong place for questions. They should be in the main C&C.
There are plenty of tutorials which you'll be able to use in the "Modding Tutorials & Reference" subforum which will help you.
Lastly, using lots of exclamation marks won't make your question get answered any faster, and people might get annoyed. Just a heads up.

As NikNaks said, there are tutorials on how to add them to the game. Let's just say it is more complicated than just downloading the units (as you will need to create a mod and edit some xml).
So the easiest way is to use a mod that already exists. imo there basically are two mods with plenty of the units you can find on this site. Varietas Delectat and Diversica. So my recommendation would be to go with either one, you can also learn how to add units to the game by looking at the xml of those mods.
