HEY GUYS, i got this wierd tool bar thing when i did a quick google search, and it doesnt show up for IE, is it a virus?

That just gives the exact url of the link you're hovering over - it's nothing big.

What browser are you using? In my firefox w/ XP I can toggle a similar bar on and off by clicking "show options" under the search bar, but your page looks different than mine. Look for a similar settings tab somewhere on your screen as that doesn't look like a capture of the whole screen.

im using firefox with vista, google was normal yesterday but today it looks wierd

I think it's a website thing. Check your properties.

The fact that the toolbar chrome isnt the same as the browser chrome should have given away that its site specific. After that, a bit of googling would have helped (Like Aimee did for you)
