Help!

My dad got a laptop in June 2002 that came with either six months free of MSN or twelve months free of AOL. We picked the MSN and cool, it was fun, we had a blast. Lured by the slightly lower cost of MSN (21.90 vs 23.95) we started to transition.

My mom called to cancel in December, but due to the stupid fact that AOL is based on the east coast and we're on the west coast, the billing cycle already passed by the time she called to cancel. She was mad and called again, and they gave her (us) three free months of aol up to March.

A week ago, my dad called to cancel and they gave us two free months. So we're up to May now.

We're now paying for MSN, and AOL is still adament about letting us quit.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

AOL aer a bit like that - every time you threaten to cancel, they give you more free months.

Once you do quit, they will put you on their mailing list of new versions to rejoin (with more free months). But you can quit if you really want to

I'm not hooked on alcohol or gambling or anything, ainwood... But thanks for the heads-up on the flier ads. AOL is really destructive! Oh well at least I can send them to nomoreaolcds.com
