You get Heroes for the Religions, how about having Heroes for Guilds?
As a starting point, select an appropriate unit (e.g. Assassin, Archmage) grant it +1 strength the special abilities of the unit associated with that Guild, plus anything else that seems appropriate
For instance, Farmer Giles of Ham, the Hero for the Three Field Order is a musketman who gets +1 Str, +10% Strength on Farmland, the Breed Goods ability and the capacity to spread the Three Field Order without sacrificing himself.
