Blank the Magnificent is the highest rank. I've never gotten any higher, at least.

But that thing the warrior is hitting (I don't know the name) has 14 light bulbs, and there's also 14 levels of rank. So I believe The Magnificient is the highest.
Not to get off subject, but does anyone else find this screen to be a big let down. After getting through a game I would like something just a little more spectacular than this. I was expecting when you get Magnificent that the earth would explode or pop or something. It's modeled on one of those carnival bells, I figured a super hit would make it fly right off like in a Popeye or Superman cartoon. But no.

Not only a let down, but misleading. If I'm always "Magnificent" when I win a Monarch game, what's left to celebrate if I ever win an Emperor game besides bragging rights? Especially if anyone beats Sid, you'd think there'd be more!!!

For Huge Pangaea Conquest on Sid, they should also add a small box at the end with the text "(and insane)".

the highest i really have ever gotten is Strong..... im sad

Basically, if you get over 4000 points (I think) you get Magnificent. On a level like demigod with a 6 times factor, that isn't too hard. For cheiftain it's quite a challenge but definately able to be done. Don't forget this screen was created before Sid level was invented and I'm really sure they didn't update it with conquests.
FYI, just so you know what I meant, the levels each have a multiplication factor for each difficulty. Chief is 1, War. is 2, Regent 3, Mnch. 4, Emp. 5, DG 6, Diety in conquests is 7 and Sid is 8.

yeah, i mean in hours.... but 100 hours is pretty long for my games, really long.... they are normally 6-8 haha..... and i can score into 2400s if i try hard, but normally get around 1700s-2100s
really? my highscoring game was like 2600 some, and i only got the clever.... that is alot of space between

I guess they assume the greatest reward is within yourself. Do Civ players need external validation? Chances are, you are only going to get that on this website, because your spouse/friends/kids don't give a rat's ....err tail about your victory.
