History of the World 4

I know that CivFanatics folks followed History of the World 2 when it was in progress, and we even fled here for a while when the mods were being pricks to us. So I figured I'd let y'all know about it. We often need subs and love for people to follow along.

I am gonna post the DiploFAQ over here too. Hopefully it'll lead to a diplogaming revival over here too.
