We believe your efforts at terraforming are untimely. We think that establishing colonies throughout our solar system is a good idea, and if done safely and with human good as the goal will greatly help all our countries. Because terrfoming, unless chance cirumstances, or truelly monumental resources are put intot he project, is expected to take no less then a full century, more likelyl 2 centuries to achienve the desired effect. at the pace that our technology is being developed, thier is plenty of time to develope the proper methods to cheeplly do what we already knwo how too, but dont (mainlly due to earths past of greedy corperations polluting and destorying in the name of "profits at any cost"

China agrees with the USA. Earth is drained of her resources, and overpopulated. Terraforming is also a long term project, and therefore, we should start it as soon as possible, to hopefully achieve a positive effect in our immediate future.

Early this morining two shuttles were launched from cape Kennedy in Florida, according to a NASa spokesperson both contain building materals and astronauts and are headed towards Mars. The colonists will reach mars in about 6 months.

A division of PLA troops have landed on the moon and are setting up our nation first lunar outpost, many belive that it will be fully operational by the end of the year.

Yesterday NASA announced that they will be launching a series of shuttle runs in to space in order to build 'Union 1', a spacestation that will be positioned in orbit around the Moon with in the next 2 months. This announcement comes just weeks after the news of America's first colony ships being sent to Mars.

The president stated yesterday that the Russian Federation will be constructing a new spacestation in orbit around Earth. Mir-2 will be act as a refuling staion in orbit around Earth, allowing for the Russian people to expand deeper into the cosmos.

AST&D launched a constuction crew destined for the moon with the goal of building a new torist resort that is truly out of this world. When 'Lunar Resort' is complete it is expected to cater for arround 100 paying guests. This is just days after the PMF launced a similar mission to the moon.

besides, thier was no treaty that said thier was to be no colonization- only that mars is reserved for colonization by nations whom were going to put in the time, effort, and resources to turn Mars into a second Earth, and a new bastion for humanity.

A)obviosully, we woudlnt claim to have such authority if the majortiy of natiosn did not agree with the Unites state son the matter- China and the UISM are major aiders in the terraformation effort, and, obviouslly Russia is also more then willign to co-operate.

How many nations agree with it doesnt matter--especially since 4 nations is not the majority out of a world of dozens. It doesnt apply to us unless we agree with it. There is no majority rules in international relations.
A)out of the 7 major nations in the world (major nation applies to the nations on the solar chart up above), majority dose indeed count- its all of our world, and all of our solar sytem. If we do not manage it wiselly, it will go to waste, and that is exactley the track the the PMF is on, hindering nations such as the Unites States, China, and Russia in our attmepts to secure a better future for all humanity.

You have your sovereign territory, we have ours, Russia has theirs, etc. A majority out of an arbitrarily selected group of nations does not constitute a mandate to set policy. More importantly, a majority out of any or all number of nations, so long as it isnt unanimous, cant set policy in independent territory. You set your policies and well set ours. Wed be happy to cooperate in certain areas--but again, the choice of what to do with our lands rests solely with us. Requiring donations to your selected cause is extortion. We simply will not give any concessions based solely on your say so.
We find your ambassadors obstinacy surprising--spending resources on an endeavor that has not been proven to succeed is the very definition of waste, especially when a little bit of patience would more securely allocate such vast sums. We are not hindering or obstructing anyone. Leaving a piece of land in its static state is not harming any of your land, so your claim to sovereign policy falls apart. When we evaluate terraforming to be worthwhile, we will apply it. Until then, pursue your endeavors on your own. We are under no obligation to fund your projects.

And what if people begin to settle the land after it is terraformed seeing how it is now very much livable. Will you shove them away, or conquer them? The AST&D Inc. eventually would like to set up tourist resorts on mars, and we are not a naton. We will gladly help in terraforming however. However if Mars is not all claimed by the end of terraforming, and thousands of people on earth wish to move there say from Africa you can not force them to join your clonies. What if they want a new Africa, they want to live seperatly. You should not force people to do what you see fit.
if all territory is claime don mars, then such settlers will simply have to apply for colony citzenship, and choose to live in one fo th ecolonies of the nations that establish themselves on the Planet.

If you set up tourist resorts, they will still pay taxes to the nations in which the resorts reside in.
China will be announcing a Mars Colonization program within the coming weeks, to speed up the terraformation effort. If the PMF does not wish to help, then so be it, but make it noted that once the planet has been terraformed, and they have been proven wrong, China and the USA shall have the last laugh
