I just recently purchased Civ 5 with G&K but I'm running it on a Mac. Does this mean that my submissions will be rejected since 1.0.2.13 has not been released for the Mac yet? Should I just play games using only the Vanilla until the Mac patch is released if I want to submit games to the HOF.
Thanks
Thinking of playing civ again. Happy to see all civs are now allowed. And just to double-check, the rules explicitly state DLC civs are allowed for G&K, but make no mention of other DLC (don't know if there has been any more released, tbh). Is it fine to have the 3 DLC wonders available, or will I need to switch them off?
Only random maps may be used that you have generated yourself. You may not share maps with other players. You may only use each map once. GOTM maps are not acceptable.
From the "Disallowed" rules:
Is it allowed to share maps after you have finished a game? For example, if I win a Deity game and submit it, could I post it afterward to the Strategy & Tips "Deity Challenge" series for other players to try?
Forgive me if this has been asked before.
If we finished a gauntlet and submit, are we allowed to submit again for the same gauntlet?
Also, if we don't like our progress about halfway through, can we scrap it and start another?
IIRC back in civ 4 gauntlets, you could not do either.
No. It happens from time to time. Everyone should be on the lastest patch when they come out.As I started Civ V, Steam is downloading the new patch automatically. Will this invalidate my HOF entries?
are the filters for gminor XLVIII set up correctly on the website? i'm pretty sure my accepted submission 4691 matches the listed filters, and i'd guess other people have submitted games too, but the gminor page says "no games have been submitted yet"
I was just adding them to the list.
The G-minor and G-major should have listed all accepted entries now if I didn't missed one. Hidden of course except yours
Denniz is working on to fix it all. If we all give him some beer, he'll do a great job(Of course non alcohol, we want it right
)
