Here's a edited version of the Rifleman. (It's supposed to look choppy ) I could be used as a electro-magnetic guard, or a hologram, or something.

It seems like it should be used as a futuristic unit, but it's a rifleman. (same clothes, same rifle as the 19th century.)
There probably won't be a lot of uses for this, but if there's at least one person who can benefit from this unit than it was certainly worth your posting.
If this is your first unit, than keep getting familiar with the unit flcs. and don't give up. I'm glad people are still making civ3 units.

Well, this isn't my first unit, but It supposed to look out of date and crappy. (I guess some evil genius got drunk or something). I was just bored so I made it.

Well, since holos can`t have any attack or defense values, I`d give him worker stats, so that the enemy charges at him and gets ambushed!
