Sorry... but third party at best is not town. At worst it is one of the baddies. And you didn't exactly do much to alleviate the concern that you weren't the latter.

What I was doing last night? Nothing, I don't have enough HP to do anything, I haven't had the strength to do anything since I was lynched! To bring me to a state where I cannot help anyone, after I explicitly tell you that lynching me will bring me to that state, and then accuse me of scum for doing nothing is ridiculous.

NOW I have 3HP, which would be enough to take action to heal tonight, I had to rest up to recover from lynches and attacks.
As for voting I'll go with topsecrets vote for now, until someone can give me a logical argument not to.

Return to your master and tell him about your failure. It would be harshest punishment for you'. And invisible force blow Manny out of sight, right to the Balzebuul realm.
'That is not the only sinner I see among you' voice said. 'The other one also has to be thrown away'. And that happened, just like magic. Visorslash dissapeared with a scream.
Remaining heroes, together, entered into warm, welcoming light.
