I'll always love the part of the Kids are Alright where they show a young Pete Townshend being interviewed stated that he meant it in My Generation when he wrote I Hope I Die Before I Get Old followed by a quick cut to him many years later saying "eh?!?!?!?!?!?!??!"

why must we idolize pop stars, especially those that died young ??

Are we happy becoz they are successful and died early ?? or are we happier for those that are successful, invest well, live healthily, contribute to society, win nobel prize, got a PHD and live long and prosper ??
