I don't have any experience with photoshop or paint.net and I only figured out how to start up the world builder. I've looked around online and saw some resources but I don't know how to even start using those or how they apply. If someone here has time to write out the steps required then I would appreciate it or point me in the direction of a tutorial that I missed.

I figured it out. I never messed with opacity and the numerous settings in it. I didn't need to trace a damn thing. I feel stupid. Learning is fun.
