How do I submit a SOTD?

I have some pretty good contenders for SOTD, and I'd like to submit them. How do I?

Here's one I like: My workers couldn't move because they had already finished their turns, but the game still thought that they could.

Ah! MERDE! It's too big. How do I fix that? codecs are bad...
