The other forums where quiz/game threads occur have not YET needed such traffic control. Never the less, in Hisotry Forum, in would be a good idea to informally confer about the proposed format of the thread past XIII, in order to help formulate the best set of internal rules for the thread and a better quality thread. Perhaps likewise with col in the sports forum.
