when i play a multiplayer match that's private with my friends then save it to continue to another day when i start that match up its not private anymore how do i make it private

also why in gods name did they not make a password feature????????

Before loading a mp game, check the private button and put a title(putting a title may prevent other players to join). Always worked for me.

I have related question:
Is it possible in PBEM game to make a current multiplayer map closed?
I mean we have the software for game modding called "Map builder", through which it is easy to open and get to know beforehand current PBEM map for not honest players.

PBEM - play by e-mail, or hotseat played on several computers
I thought it is well-known abbriviation

OK, I will give more description of the game.
There are seven human players in the game.
The first player makes his turn, presses "end turn" button and sends via e-mail civ5.save to the ruler of the next civilization at the list.
The next player downloads civ5.save, makes his turn, presses "end turn" button and sends via e-mail civ5.save to the ruler of the next civilization... and so forth
I call it PBEM game, but maybe I am wrong.

So, the question stands:
Is it possible in the hotseat game make a current multiplayer map closed?
I mean we have the software for game modding called "WorldBuilder", through which it is easy to open and get to know beforehand current PBEM map for not honest players.

I know, but there's no real PBEM in Civ5, unless you call HotSeat via the Giant Multiplayer Robot a PBEM.

Even without the GMR, you can play a hacked PBEM game using the hotseat saves and emailing them. They coded the hotseat mode with the ability to save at the end of the turn. The only issue is that the hotseat host has to put the civ passwords in at first.
