How do you turn a Spanish language save back to English?

I have an SG going where one player uses a spanish language version of Civ 3. When they player that was up next got the save(Me), it was in Spanish. I was able to play, but it was off-putting to say the least. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix this, please let me know.

Ah come on, nobody knows about this? This must have happened like a zillion times in SGs. Help us noobs out please.

It did happen a bunch with SGs. The solution was to insist everyone use the same language.
