How is it running on minimum requirements PCs out there?

Will naturally be some variations, but in general, is the game running OK for those of you only meeting the minimum specs?

Or are we talking only small maps with all video setting set to low?

I would also like to know. My rig meets the minimum, but not the recommended, so I assume I will be forced to play it on low-medium settings. Why no demo, why?!
