People who are disappointed or upset are more motivated to write a negative review than the people who are content and playing the game are motivated to write a positive review. From what I see in the picture, 61% like the game, and that makes it a majority of the people who got the game...
Clearly there are issues with the game, and the reviews reflect that, but to say that half the people who bought the game don't like it is just plain false.
