Their database sucks. My house is on it, but it's missing a bedroom, a bathroom, and about 1600 square feet. Needless to say, it's seriously undervalued. (But it's worth is still above half a million dollars )

I've just finished building it, so I can tell the land is 40,000 € (1269 m²), the house (two levels, 169 m²) is about 160,000 €, so the total is ... hmm.. [counting on fingers] 200,000 €.

I refuse to convert to USD or Euro, since this is an international forum, and if you are not completely helpless you can figure out the value in your currency by looking around the internet

Edit: 63 square meters, which is aprox. 18k per square meter.
